SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

  • We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days. Orders received before 11am on a business day will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Delivery Times

  • Your destination address is the main factor to determine the delivery time required. In addition to the order processing time, we prepared a table for your reference to have an estimated delivery time according to your destination.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • Once your order has been packed and on the way to your location, an email will be sent to your registered email with all of your tracking details. All Avocado Ebike clients can also access these details by going to MY ACCOUNT and choosing the ORDERS menu in your online account.

  • Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update.

  • If you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team (email to info@avocadoebike.com) so we can lodge an enquiry for you.

Shipment cost

  • Our shipping cost is varied based on the destination. 

  • You will see the shipping cost when you checkout before the payment page.

  • Shipping to a P.O. Box is not supported.

  • Orders are able to be picked up from our warehouse with prior notice given. Please send us a message via our online contact form
